The investors may avail loan up to 80% of the deposited amount @2.5% higher than deposit rate.
Tax will be deducted at source as per income Tax regulations.
Premature encashment may be allowed after 3 months with 5% less than offered rate.
Transaction should be made through A/C payee cheque/Payment Order as per guidelines of Bangladesh Bank
Tax and Excise Duty will be imposed as per government rules.
